i love that Adele is so sparse with her social media, cuz it's almost like an event when it happens. and they're always hilarious and minimalistic. british humour and cockney attitude
about the success-stanning arguments; i've liked Adele since i heard her first, with CP, but i haven't always been there because i've never been a pop-consumer really. but i liked Amy when BTB came out and some the others that came out esp Adele (more than Duffy who was the "next big thing" at first). then came 21 and i wasn't really aware of it until i started hearing RITD alot on radio and realised she was doing big things with that album. at the same time i had a tough breakup with my ex (and first GF) and at the same time SLY were getting big, so it was bound to have an impact on me! but i started to really get more interested in here, liked the album alot, watched videos and p/f:s, listened to 19 more and became a fan.
and since i've always been interested and fascinated by success-stories, records and statistics i was bound to follow her more and more, and it kinda culminated with grammys 2012.
but late 2012 she dissapeared, with the exception the wonderful skyfall, and my active interest as well.
so when she suddenly came back last fall, my interest reinvigorated and of course the sales-nerd in me has had its fare share these past 2 months

but it's so much more than that; i listen to her music (esp 19) everyday, look at videos of interviews and p/fs and read articles about her.
but yeah, i have to admit that being an Adele stan is easy
