I believe he already has. "Believe" did 2.3 Million in 2012 and probably sold a bit during the beginning of 2013 but failed to make the year-end, I'm mobile and not about to go through all those archives otherwise I would check it out.
His receipts thread has it at 3 Million WW though so either way he'll surpass it next week if we were going by the fan receipts.
