Is it possible to get a different mod to sort out your help request?

Like, I genuinely don't want to seem difficult or anything and no shade to the one that helped me out but I just feel like I didn't get an actual answer/proper response. I've only ever sent in two (this one being the second one) and I just feel like giving one sentence to explain something just isn't helpful at all.

I won't even get into how I received a point for quoting something and adding the skull smilie in response to it or how everything is considered "flamebait" because I'm going to get a bit... Let me not.

Anyway, getting back to the first part of this post. Would that be possible?

From my understanding, a help request opens up a new thread in the mod squad where every mod looks at it and discusses it. The one replying to you just took the time to tell you what the general agreement was

Everyone looks at a help request and will discuss the issue if necessary, but it's up to the warning moderator to respond.

Welp. Both of the my requests have been responded to by the same person. I always assumed that the person who responds to it is the one who issued the warning, no?
