Any recommendations or edits? I'm terribly conscious about my body right now, mostly because I hold a gross amount of fat in my breasts. I just want to delete that fat, define my abs and gain some arm muscle tbh.

Take out the crunches. Get an ab wheel and do 2 sets of 10 reps to the left, middle, and right. Also add a plank for 2 minutes a day. 1 minute when you wake up and another minute before bed. Add another minute every week. After 2-3 weeks you'll be able to hold a plank for 90 seconds straight easily.
I'd also do least 100 pushups a day. Don't need to be all at once. 50 in the morning, 50 at night.
I'm really trying to dedicate myself to a steady routine.
