The idea is cute, the text absolutely demolishes any hopes of this being a good cover. Also, you seem to used another person's artwork for the vast majority of your cover. I decided to investigate this and found a popular Starbucks ad which makes up 90% of this cover you submitted. The exact drawing of Gaga can also easily be found with a quick Google search. It is not out of the question that you are the creator of the image, though if you are not I believe it would be appropriate to disqualify you as this simply is not your work. No matter what, the cover is bad.
