It really is, they need to sort themselves out. He's just always been the same really, he's hyper active all the time like a little child, he swears all the time and is just rude and disrespectful for the most part. He's not a bad person though, he just needs education, he needs to mature and learn his life skills. He's 13 years old, 14 next December.
