So I'm in New Zealand for a holiday at the moment and today we hired a car. In just one day I heard more Beyoncé than I have in Australia all year. They are thrashing Runnin, I heard Single ladies, Run the World and Diva also.
Can't stop listening to her cover of At Last. Never has a song by another artist fitted her voice so perfectly.

in my dreams...i always wanted Bey to do a collab performance of it w/ Stevie Wonder.
Yeah that would be awesome. She'll be performing this until the end of her career for sure. It epitomises Beyoncé to me, it's really her signature song for me, such a shamed it was handled so terribly.

Crazy in love epitomize her. Fast delivery. Uptempo beat. Hight note. Slow note. Tone. Sexyness. Delivery etc. Plus alwayse live 》》》》》》》》
True but as I'm maturing Crazy in Love has slipped to #2 for me. Love On Top is truly her best song and her best work thus far for me.
Maybe. But it not the song that best represent her diacography or her style. However is a song that was 30 second to much of being in the top 5 of her discography.

it is one of the greatest representations of her vocal talent & the fact that u want to chop off the very highlight that makes it what it is...is just astounding.
its already Top 5 b/c nobody else has a song in today's pool of talent shifting through upper key changes like that. these are the vocal showcases that i thought you've been begging for on the next album.

Drag it. It's literally a beast of a song. Key changes are so missed these days, they used to be standard for the likes of Mariah and Whitney and of course it was a Motown staple.
Does any ONE song from her entire discography represent all of it? You can't just pick one. And I don't get why jafet insists that the key changes shouldn't have been added on when that's what makes the song and make people love it so much. Hence why it's track #1 on the revised edition of 4.
I'll never forget the first time I heard it when I was playing the album in full while doing some dishes. I had to drop them and sit down when she kept going and going
A little mini-rant here but I always find people in the GP who "hates" Bey funny. Like the recent thing with Coldplay. A couple fans were saying they listen to Coldplay so that they didn't have to hear Bey. And then they went on to mention Coldplay's 'A Rush Of Blood'. And I'm like what does Bey have to do with Coldplay trending toward pop years before they even collab. Funny after that they ignored Bey altogether and brought up sales and whatever.
Why can't people admit that they don't like certain genre without blaming someone who isn't even responsible? All the older Coldplay "fans" are going to be so salty come the superbowl and I'll just be sitting here like, 'expand your music taste.'
Do you guys have any idea what's the purpose of the video Bey is or was shooting? I don't usually check her base here because I always get lost.
No but I'm telling myself a Topshop ad. Just to lower my expectations.

Also OMG @ the fact that Floyd is R&B King. I couldn't figure out who tf he was and then I started wondering what happened to R&B King then I put it together.

I am really excited to know what it is. I just reminded no one knows what she's up to until a couple of days before the release of any of her projects.

I don't think anyone know but it's looking big. First she's in New Orleans with Parkwood, then she's in some football stadium and we saw new and all black dancers and now she's supposedly filming something in the Dom. Rep. before the year is out.
Whatever it is, it seems like an interesting music video or 2.

Change the locations and this could literally be a post from 3 years ago, pretty much to the day.
