Best Navy Threader is the same as Best Contributor (Threader just had a better ring to it and seeing as this is a forum, it made more sense. Contributor could also be most informed so I didn't want to merge those two because they are equally important).
Best Navy Persona I decided to drop this year because people usually vote for their friends rather than voting for the best personality/funniest member. I decided to switch that out for Best Bandwagoner this year.
I wanted to class up the awards a bit this year hence the minimal changes and different titles. I dropped Hybrid because almost everyone is a hybrid these days. Past Navy Legend winners for those who aren't familiar.
2010: Marnie (the award was called Lifetime Achievement that year)

2012: islayyourfave
2013: Harry
2014: (IDK who rihannafan gave this to).
