Here's the most probable scenario :

I think GJ has a personal vendetta with Travis for all kinds of hush-hush reasons, including him being jealous of their relationship.

I also think he just found out that Kiss It Better is no longer going to be a single/didn't make the album.

So, his first assumption is that Travis influenced the decision (which may be true), so he's trying to exact his revenge on Travis by publicly smearing his name.

All the other stuff he's saying is neither here nor there and is really about his own personal agenda and mental instability.

Yes.

Theres something behind the scenes going on for sure. And thats what this album keeps on delaying and delaying.

HDD has been shading Rih/ and her team with their recent mentions because of the delays of concrete release dates.
