Technically yes, abrasive/insensitive/vulgar stuff is not allowed in sigs even if it's in a quote. We usually don't notice though and sigs are hardly ever reported.

Just delete it from whatever host site you use and reupload it. The people who are using the old avatar will get a blank space for an avi. That's what I always do. And yea, Ezra steals people's avi's all the time
