OK, RCA, here's what we need.

1) An All Access banner and a little bit of radio promo in the first week of January when stations start adding songs again
2) iTunes discount
3) A promo appearance in January (the People's Choice Awards are on, so maybe she could perform. The PCA's are known to book less known acts. Demi Lovato performed there back when she was a non-factor, Iggy performed Beg For It, they even booked my fave during the Lotus era)
4) One more televised performance in the second or third week of January. Kimmel or maybe Wendy?

Optional : Send Player to urban. I know the chorus is extremely pop, but Chris Brown is on it. Why put Chris Brown on a pop song if you're not interested in it crossing over in his main format?

Ngl, this isn't a bad idea. Player is like the 3rd lowest charting song on iTunes out of the pop top 50, so it's not really clicking with the public. I do think it's worth a chance, at least with one promo performance and an iTunes discount for a week though.

Unfortunately Tinashe has always been a low seller. I don't know how to fix that.

By releasing a song that actually stands out. That's why AHOD and Player didn't sell well despite decent radio support. They're average songs. 2 On sold pretty well for an r&b single on the other hand

2 On did not have a healthy airplay to sales ratio for most of its run and it took a long time to sell anything decent. I thought that was the result of her being a new artist but I think it's just her. Regardless doing singles that stand out would make a huge difference yes.
