I found a pokemon tin box in my garage and it had a bunch of first gen pokemon cards in it from when I was a child. I can't bear to part with it tbh so it's just sitting in my room

In the originals? It's nearly impossible. In the area they appear, there are around 400 "tiles" of water. Each game is programmed to have 6 specific tiles, of those 400, contain feebas.
In the casualised **** remake, ORAS, it's easy af.
