Yes, yes, Robin Thicke has totally been in the spotllight for the cringiest reasons lately but based on this song alone, I don't even curr. It's generic af but the hook hits so hard and the vocals on it are so punchy. Definitely give it a spin.

This song is just so. damn. cooool. Like, ice cold cooool. Today's R&B girls need to take note from Queen Janet because this definitely deserves to be up in the top tier of her discography. It's super mellow and doesn't really develop much melodically but the subtlety and slick beat are what keeps you engaged.

The title track from Kehlani's mixtape sets an amazing tone for the entire album and is definitely one of the standouts from it. I just find this song so beautiful and... motivational almost. And it's not even meant to be.

Ahhh, Big Sean & Ariana Grande were definitely one of the most talked (and memed) about celeb couples of the year... I'm kinda sad they broke up because of it because dascool cuz I know Ariana can do better (me) (I'm gay)(oh well). Back to the song tho, this is a really chill song with a major groove that is very easy to get stuck in your head. I live for it.

I remember when snippets of this song were posted on Vine etc. months before the album release and kept fans so excited for their album. They performed it live a few times and it was slayage. When it was released in studio format, most people were kinda let down that it wasn't really that good production wise. However, I quickly got over that and just focused on loving it for its bare bones. Love the message, so fun, so confidently performed by the girls and an album highlight.

I listened to "I Didn't Just Come Here to Dance", and THAT song is really good, too. I think I said that it would have been around the fifth or sixth best song if it was actually included on the album, which is pretty good with that album.

Seriously such a killer album that needs more mainstream recognition. It feels kinda good however tho to know it's a like a semi-indie, semi-underground pop release in the ~gay online world~
