The rooms aren't meant to be actual replica of each era but more so about how she felt during each era. In this one she is surrounded by voices all talking at once, in order to drown out all the outside noise she goes underwater.
IMO the voices/ people outside the room represent the media or the world who was watching her after 2009. Rih probably felt overwhelmed by everything and everyone voicing their opinion that the only time she could escape was when she was alone. (In a shell)
Yeah. I got the feeling she was overwhelmed. Also note that Loud was a HUGE era. She was surrounded by a lot of people then. Probably telling her what she should do next and basically watching her every move.

all the videos are uploaded days if not a week before the release date. i'm convinced that r6 and r7 and possibly r8 videos are uploaded onto samsung's account and they are on private. if someone can get into the account well
