And from what I've heard, there is also a Mod you can use that overrides what the Sims 4 thinks your hardware can handle as well. Because all games play it safe, when actually your PC can usually handle a lot more.

It changes the limit in your game. You may have a limit of 20 Sims in each hood, or 40 depending on your PC. This mod allows you to have up to 500 at any given time, but as I said, it's "high risk" because the Sims 4 will stop when it thinks its going to make your PC run hot.
) I never went up a level to watch whats going on there but after a few hours in the basement I did and I was shocked how packed the dance floor was
