This is something that's been confusing me for a long time.

House cusps have nothing to do with sign positions (some people have 2 house cusps in the same sign for example). So your Moon is still in the 5th house even if it's not in the sign where the house cusp is.

okay okay, I looked at my natal wheel and that and this cusp nonsense made a lot more sense, lol. So that whole "House positions (Placidus)" area I highlighted in the collapsed image is basically nothing to look into—except for the MC/IC AC/DC positions, right? The signs listed there are just noting where the house cusp starts and in the wheel, a "House cusp" is basically that line next to the number indicating where the house is/starts?

I love my chart and have come to understand it too well to change anything but at times I really wish that I had more fire and fixed energy! People always tell me that I'm deeply stubborn, which is weird since I'm predominantly mutable.

Thanks for the insider info. I haven't had many close Cancers in my life aside from an aunt, but I do have this one Cancer Sun, Scorpio Moon friend who is all up in his feelings and it's kind of a mess for me, the air sign, to try to unravel sometimes. Cancers have never intimidated me, though.

It's not that I feel the need to fake my feelings or emotions, I just do not express my emotions and feelings as well as other people I suppose. People often tell me I'm extremely insensitive or blunt towards certain things that need a sensitive approach, but that's just who I am. I don't even tell my best friends that I trust deeply some of my deep rooted emotional pain.

But, when it comes to other people, I always connect with their emotional problems. Whenever someone opens up to me, I'm always there and ready to give advice. That's how I've always have been. My friends always come to me if they feel the need to have a talk.

So many things fall together, though. Finding out I have a huge water void. I sometimes envy water signs simply because they express their emotions and feelings so well and easy and I'm just like...

But yeah, being a Gemini/Taurus is a very strange combination. Feeling unbalanced in my life is the biggest issue at the moment.
