Yes, in the OP, in the front page you are allotted 850 points. Example: If you assign 100 points in Singing, Rapping and Dancing that will be 300 points deducted from the 850. You also must post screenshots so we will know that you haven't cheated. You can assign those points in any way you want. However, the "Morale" setting is the only stat that is an exception from this rule.
