At this rate, it needs at least 2 more years to cross the 1M mark.
It's selling about 200 copies / week = 800 copies / month
So she'll need 25 more months to get there

Her discography will get a boost when she releases LG5. It might get there sooner, depending on the reception of her new material.

The usual songs that get a boost are Poker Face (the most, by far), Just Dance, Paparazzi, Bad Romance, Born This Way, The Edge, You And I and Applause.
