I didn't say it was.
If it were I would have said "the only other network show." I was just giving perspective. When The Muppets is a show that would obviously have a lot of hype for the beginning/pilot episode given how it's based on a big franchise, and its level now is down to how many are actually liking it. Of course that is a freshman show and those usually drop faster. [Its drop since the 2nd episode is a lower -45%.]
A veteran show should be more stable.
