Yeah, and being the Barbadian Beyonce didn't work for her, then the Def Jam record label gave her FeFe Dobson's image after FeFe left the label and she even got the same exact tattoos as her. That's when Rihanna finally started selling some records, so she decided to keep the image when she saw that it worked for her, and obviously embellish it. I mean, ain't nothing wrong with that or anything( except for getting the same exact tattoos). That's what I get from her but like you said, this could be really her. We don't really know her, so we'll just leave it at that.

Are you talking about the star tattoos? Doesn't everyone have those? Seriously FeFe did not start that trend (if she even has them, I have no idea). But it's a big thing for edgy girls.

I like Rihanna and all but it's kinda CLEAR she jacked every bit of FeFe Dobson, I don't think anyone can deny THAT. But I do agree that she doesn't seem like she's trying too hard, even if she is, the whole imo image is kinda natural on her this era, unlike 'GGGB' where it did seem forced and contrived, maybe she's really like that now.

She's starting to break out of her record label product ways that she's had her ENTIRE career.

That would be hot but err, hopefully it's not too heavy on the rock side. Something light like "Shut Up And Drive" would be good.

And not every black girl with short hair and punk-rock clothing is copying Fefe Dobson. I doubt people even know who that is anymore. Fefe's image was more butch anyway, while Rihanna's was more on the glamorous side.
