WAIT! The first part of it seems SO spot on, the later part is too much reaching and assuming though. I came online to post that I'm kinda shaky about our Grace theory after re-watching the kitchen scene again with the painting, and nnn @ Gigi saying "are you accusing me of being a murderer?" and Grace asking her about being enrolled in Wallace then dropping out etc as if they had no communication before. I feel like we just want her to be the killer so bad lmfao. But I'm still going with her because I never thought of it that way- Gigi tricking Grace she's the other bathtub baby, also a sudden 3rd RD (for the mall scene) is too messy and the writers are weak for that.

Anyway, this show is really gonna be GENIUS behind its dumb facade if little miss goody two shoes end up being the killer. I'll re-watch the whole season again after the finale, I bet, it's really made to be watched several times.

If you pause next weeks preview just as soon as the Zayday/Red Devil part comes on you can see some blonde hair.

Also, that spoiler pic of the girls around the supposed red devil, his hair is too short to be Pete or Wes but too long to be Chad or even Boone.

I think it's very unlikely that Pete is feeling guilty for killing chad or some random person that hasn't been introduced yet. He is definitely implicated in at least one of the deaths that have already happened on-screen.

I have two guesses. A) He was in #CAHOOTS with the red devil gang for ideological reasons as an assistant. They keep alluding to his freshman year and he reiterates a few times how he doesn't "fit in". The last episode really capitalized on that when he was talking alone to Grace. He puts her on a pedestal and acknowledges her "purity" in relation to the filth of the rest of the school. The gang was probably a seducing group to help. They could have hidden their true agenda from him and focused on saying that they were eliminating the "trash" from the school and they needed his help. We already know how much he hates KKT and the dickie dollar scholars (many of which have died). As an investigative journalist, he had free reign to snoop around and spy on the characters without looking too suspicious as he was also their friend. People mention that Grace had to be the one to turn on the fryer for Bean's death since she could have overheard Chanel, but Pete was also at the same store.

His role as an informant could also mean that he never actually physically killed anyone. It's possible that he was just informing the actual red devil gang on one or more occasions about the location of someone. His actions would lead to someone's death, hence "I'm a murder"

B) There's a side plot with him and someone else/others trying to investigate the murders. Maybe him and Wes since they are playing buddy-buddy now. Again, his actions could have led to a murder. I haven't thought this idea out yet

I think it's her. I think she was roped into the idea when she was visiting Kappa before enrolling. (The white R on her chest made me think that was a hint that this was Grace before it happened)

I think that that was when Gigi approached her, after Boone maimed Melanie.

I think the theory falls in line if we take into account that Gigi only had contact with Boone and took care of him. She manipulated Grace into getting her to believe the lie that she needed to avenge her bathtub mother who was murdered by the sorority girls and it all began to fall through once Grace learned that her mother was actually the sorority leader and not the bathtub girl.

The killer and murderer that Grace is calling Gigi at that point would be in regards to her thinking that she had a hand murdering her 'bathtub mommy'

It's possible that if he was involved in a plot with Wes to find out what was going on with the murders, that HE killed Gigi. He owns a red devil costume. That scene where Gigi is blabbing and going on and on about her plan could potentially mean that she was talking to Pete (who maybe snuck inside the house after suspecting her and pretended to be apart of the red devil gang) instead of whoever was supposed to actually be there. He wasn't saying a word and she ackowledged that whoever was in the costume wasn't speaking (if it was pete, speaking would have blown his cover). After hearing what he needed to hear, he killed gigi and informs Wes. Grace literally points out that Wes doesn't seem very beat up about gigi's death. maybe he already knew she was dead and wasn't very sad because he and Pete already knew she was involved in the murders. He tried to prevent KKT from killing Cathy (cause he knows she's innocent). Maybe Wes called Pete at the end of the last episode and told him to stay and finish the job (kill whoever gigi was actually supposed to have thanksgiving with). He is suddenly only guilty now because he only killed gigi recently.

I don't think he knows Grace is also a killer though. Also Boone is intertwined in both of my theories but I can't tell how just yet

I think this works better if you flip it

Pete would have killed Boone. And the other RD is who killed Gigi thinking that she killed Boone. It gives the RD a solid motive for killing their accomplice thus far if they think she killed their brother.

I agree it could be Wes informing him. Maybe helping him find where Gigi was. I think substitutes would be Dean because she seems to have the house bugged so she might know where Gigi's hide out is. Or Zayday if she's started suspecting Grace which explains why she supported ousting her from KKT.

The boutique conversation had her just talk about Dean Munsch being a potential suspect because of Whitefeather. It could've been Gigi basically saying this is a good person to deflect suspicion subtly. It would still fit yeah.

I noticed both Gigi and Boone used the word 'brand' and 'going off brand' about what they've been doing. Does any one else do that. It might be a subtle hint?
