Taylor Swift is far from being country. I'm sure you've heard real country. You can't seriously tell anyone that's Taylor Swift's genre. As someone said earlier, it's mostly an (acoustic) pop.
And as nice as Swift is, she's probably not going to be a legend. In this time, to be a legend, you generally need to have a very unique and powerful voice, or you need to be Britney (I have no idea what her live singing is like but that girl knows how to put on a show).
