Louisa Johnson has been the standout performer throughout the competition with continuous praise from the judges for her professionalism and is the firm favourite to win at the odds on price of 2/5. She's been the favourite ever since the first audition show back in August.
Lauren Murray got a knock in confidence ahead of the semi-finals when she appeared in the sing-off with 4th Impact, however her phenomenal sing–off performance has put her to the forefront of everyone’s minds and she is second favourite to win at 6/1,.
Reggie n Bollie could be the second ever group to win the X Factor, as the duo’s popularity seems to only grow and grow and at 7/1 they are not to be ruled out of the running.
Che Chesterman was the first act announced as safe on Sunday, but his disastrous first performance of Adele’s ‘Hello’ is lingering over him as he is the 9/1 outsider to win.
Aoife Heffron of BoyleSports commented today: “Louisa wasn’t well on Saturday when performing her two songs and if that’s what she sounds like sick then it is a testament to her vocal ability. She is the youngest left in the competition, but has easily dominated throughout and appears miles above the rest, at 2/5 she is the very obvious favourite to win.”
She added: “Lauren Murray was the best she has ever been at the weekend, but somehow found herself in the bottom two. Her sing off performance resulted in a rush on Lauren to win and she has been cut into 6/1 from 7/1 as she poses a large five figure payout should she win.”
Poor Chey.
Hoping for a Louisa and Lauren final 2 With R&B coming third...
