If it had an MV OR was promoted on a music show then the song is eligible. No MV or live performance=no inclusion, so most album tracks are ineligible (There was only one case on each list of a song that had no MV but was promoted and they both ranked pretty high respectively. Three songs on my best of list I discovered had no MV and hadn't actually been promoted so I couldn't include them, sadly.) Did this because I want to be as inclusive as possible and since I can't listen to every album track off of every mini and full length released this year, it's better to have a few restrictions for all the songs than compromising the quality/fairness of the entire list.
EDIT: Oh that and the fact that KPop (Pop in general) is very much a singles-market so I figured there wasn't much point in wasting my time listening to album tracks because most of them suck/they'd just clog up the worst of list anyways. Drama songs were excluded for this reason too.
