You should come to Israel, drinks are legal here for 18 ppl. Actually, since you were born in 1991, you can already but drinks here if you want too
18 is enough here in Brazil, too. The US can be so annoying sometimes. I mean, you can drive even when you're 15 in some places, but can't drink? :-/ Driving is such a bigger deal than drinking.
I'm sure we can blame part of Britney's meltdown on this age-drinking limit.
