Douching is bad for you. You're pushing poop, water, and dick into your guts its just not healthy.
The anus & rectum are just a passage, they are not where the feces are stored. That's the bowel.
Douching helps clean the passage (because sometimes there are traces of feces left there.) + it increases bowel movements to eliminate as much feces as possible
it is safe as long as you do it a couple of hours before sex. (too close to the sexual act might lead to rips and tears as the enema dries you out & of course that makes you more vulnerable to infections )
I'm a nurse and we do it to constipated patients, They don't die from it
