My number one for the remaining killer is still Hester. She's got that weird dead people obsession and her and Gigi have that racially ambiguous look going on.
Or another idea I thought about is that maybe the killer identity is starting to become an open thing? It started with Gigi and Boone/??? but maybe as the killings became more frequent people committed crimes under the Red Devil guise so they'd be lumped in and more easily looked over? They touched on a similar motive with
Munsch using the killings as an opportunity to pin her husband's murder on Feather.
