The killer is Pete and he's probably transgender.
Gigi saying "time to cut the breast off" was a hint.  That's probably why he killed her.

The fact you put "even if some hate her" proves she's not the popular character. I'm not just talking the people who love everything about the show. There are definitely who do NOT like Oberlin.
As for being the most mentioned, she's the main f***ing character.

Some people hate Chad, so I fail to see the validity of this argument.
The characters with the fewest haters are Cathy & Chanel #3 (who everyone loves except you). But the top 6 of popularity is Cathy, Denise, Chanel, Chanel #3, Chad and Hester.

The last episode was so great. Chanel #3 had such a big part, that's probably why. She's so wonderful.
And Chanel's ROAST of the Radwell's was one of the best moments of the season. They were all so horrible, they even made me feel sorry for Hester during that stupid pictionary game.
Also it was great to see everyone dragging Grace (even her own father lmao). It seems like even Ryan doesn't like her, maybe she will die after all

I did say Cathy and Chanel #3 are two of the most popular ones. And I've seen 2-3 others, but yeah. #3 is inexplicably popular.
I LOVE Hester, but disagreed. I see tons of haters. I'd swap her for Gigi. Zayday probably has less haters than O and Denise, but she also has way less fans. So...

It's not that inexplicable; she's just hysterical, and people are apparently here for deadpan humor. I suppose it can seem like she's acting terribly cuz it's her first role, but everything she's doing is absolutely intentional. Queen deserves the praise.
And then I guess that'll bring us back to the top 5 being Chanel, Chad, Chanel #3, Cathy & Denise. CCCCD.

No, her acting seems terrible because it is terrible. I've SEEN Deadpan humor done well (Ellen Muth on Dead Like Me), and I love Deadpan humor done well. #3 isn't deadpan done well. 
Besides, she's best with the emotionless deadpan stuff (and she's still not that good) I think she sucks when she has to start showing emotion, like at the start of this episode, or back in episode 6 when she gets pissed at Predatory Lez or sad she died.
I was really rooting for her to do well too. I kept defending her acting to a friend up until I saw episode 6 and I couldn't defend it any longer

So you're gonna sit here and drag Billie for acting superbly as the complex-and-intriguingly-monotonous Chanel #3 but stan for Abigail's middle school acting as Chanel #5?

Damn this show makes my head hurt
I was so convinced it was either Hester, Chanel #3 or Chanel #5. But i guess the fact that they are all being attacked next episode, rules them out.
So its either Pete, who btw was dating his half sister, a giant PLL mess.
Or i guess someone dead coming back.
So, that means the 3rd killer girl is also Grace's half sister. Who has interacted with her the most? Anyone show signs of sisterly love or hatred? Maybe she hates her for having her father, and wants to have her as the final girl?
This would be a great Scream reference. In Scream, it was all about Sydney and her mother's mistakes, and in Scream Queens, its Grace and her father's mistakes.

Number of Awards Billie Lourde Has Been Nominated For: 0
So yeah. I'll praise the Oscar and SAG nominee who CAN act and drag the girl who can't and got lucky with a famous mom. Though she's still less atrocious than Grande, the twins, and whoever played Chad's mom.

But still, it doesn't take a genius to realize that Abigail's acting is TRAGIC in this, and she hasn't been much better in anything else. Meanwhile, this is Billie's ACTING DEBUT, and aside from the pathetic argument that Abigail having more PAST nominations = her being a better actress IN THIS SHOW, Billie's obviously not going to have any.
