Mr.March finds out about the abortion, and kidnaps Infantata, chops him up and delivers it to the Murder House in a box. Remember Dr.Montgomery received a phone call that said ''An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth''.
So, Dr.Montgomery used The Countess's unborn child's heart for Infantata. It's confirmed in S1 that he used a heart of one of the dead infants for his son. So, the child lives with The Countess's baby's heart, so is now part Vampire. Hence, why Infantata is immortal, and is thirsty for blood.
Remember when Nora tried to breast feed him, she said it bit her, it was not milk that it was craving, but blood.

I think this way, they would explain how Infantata got to live, and stayed young and was thirsty for blood. Ryan said that it was not a ghost. It was actually a vampire, carrying The Countess virus from her unborn child.

So Mr. March is aware of the virus? You know he might have listened to the story the couple told the Countess during her visit of supposedly dead Valentino. But instead of getting it he decided to kill Ms. Evers and himself. Where's the logic? Is killing someone as a ghost funnier?

why didn't Ryan think of this? It would tie Hotel and Murder House PERFECTLY instead of just having The Countess deliver her baby there. And it would explain a lot of things about the Infantata and its origins.

And who better to chop an infant into pieces that Mr. March, the psychotic serial killer?

Then, somehow The Countess finds out about Infanatata having her unborn child's heart and goes back to the Murder House to get him or something like that.

If Ryan wants the ''All seasons are connected'' to succeed and actually makes sense, he has to connect stories as well. Having cameos of characters from past seasons does NOT mean the seasons are connected. They just exist in the same universe.

But he could have gotten it before unless his death happened right after that eventful meeting. He may have been scared by the Countess now that she was much more powerful than him. And she wouldn't turn him either way.
