When was the last time an album cut debuted in the top ten following the album release? I know Take Care debuted at #9 following the album's release in October 2011 (and subsequently peaked at #7 later in March 2012). Has there been anything similar since?

Bieber is a huge streaming force, but his single sales are totally meh if you compare them to songs like Hello, Roar, UF, SIO the biggest hits of the last years, and I dont see the album selling more than 2M US and 1 or 2M WW

It's not dubm... People claim that Hot 100 is too much boring because (streaming and airplay components tbh). Look at UF! - it gets huge position because of streaming comes from programming playlists...
The biggest disadvantage is 'All I Want For Christmas' probably won't re-entry chart
