She will be at #13 this week probably. So next week she would have to beat 3 of those songs : Love Yourself, Wildest Dreams, Exs and Ohs, Here, LIGLY, 679
Can she do it? I believe so
|
She will certainly go ahead of Wildest Dreams and Ex's And Oh's and I would be pretty shocked if **** Yourself would stay top 10. So yeah pretty sure that she will reach top 10.
Songs from behind aren't there either that could jump. Focus will not and When We Were Young would be a very surprising top 10 debut without Spotify.

The industry is reviving
Just proves how the gp doesn't care for many artists right now. In the mid 2000s there were tons of big artists, but now there are only a handful that have mass appeal. Bieber, Drake, Taylor, etc have proven that streaming hasn't killed sales, it's just appeal that is lacking.

How many people have done this?
I know Adele did after Grammys 2012, and Iggy/Ariana in Fall 2014.

Billboard should not be skewing the formula towards legacy consumption formats like radio. In fact, it should be all streaming, sales and last.fm.

45% radio, not surprising since payola plays a major role in it

How rare is it for female artists to lock up three top 10 spots simultaneously? Grande and Azalea join only Adele and Ashanti in achieving the feat. Adele did so with "Set Fire to the Rain," "Rolling in the Deep" and "Someone Like You" (Nos. 2, 5, and 7, respectively) on the March 3, 2012, chart, while Ashanti tripled up with her own "Foolish" and two featured roles, on Ja Rule's "Always on Time" and Fat Joe's "Wut's Luv?," for two weeks in 2002. Grande, thus, joins Adele as the only women to monopolize three top 10 ranks simultaneously as a lead artist.
Beyond only women, an act claiming at least three top 10 spots on the Hot 100 at the same time is scarce. The others: the Beatles logged a record five for two weeks (April 4, 11) in 1964; 50 Cent and T-Pain each scored as many as four top 10s at a time; and Akon, the Bee Gees, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Usher have each tallied three, bringing the total to just 12 acts upon the additions of Grande and Azalea this week.

The Beatles (5)
50 Cent / T-Pain (4 each)
Akon / Bee Gees / Chris Brown / Ashanti / Lil Wayne / Usher / Adele / Iggy Azalea / Ariana Grande (3 each)
