The partnership as well as the site experience will be unveiled during the American Music Awards (where she accepted the first-ever Icon Award in 2013) on Sunday, a representative for Samsung told The Times.
I think the commercial will essentially be something like this, but will probably announce some new Samsung product/service as well (maybe the Tidal acquisition) and after it airs, the anti diary site will be unlocked and will provide the information, just like the Magna Carta Holy Grail website launched after the commercial aired during that game.
The "stages" on the site will probably be exclusives like the ones that are on magnacartaholygrail.com (behind the scenes clips, song previews, pages from the lyric book)

Cause we don't know where she is right now, and the AMAs announced her in a TV ad. Also a representative for Samsung said details will be announced about the ANTI partnership, so I'm guessing she has to be there. We'll see tho...
