Well I do have a couple close friends from when I was little but other than that, I haven't made a really good friend in so long because I'm so shy

I live about 4 hours from Toronto in the south

I see..i left all of my circle of friends back in Philippines I recently quit Facebook cuz its just make me homesick... and finding new ones is hard here esp im not in school no more..I find hard which ground i need to find some acquaintances...:/

Most international asians at my uni usually stick with their groups. But one of my closest friends is asian and he's very friendly. So I think it's just a matter of approaching them.

I mean, I live in Canada and just crossing the border is a culture shock. I've said this once already, but Americans are so loud and abrupt. It's almost comforting but I've gotten sick of it at times. They always want to strike a conversation with you; ex, you'll be ordering a burger, and they'll lean over and compliment your choices.

Yea I'm in school and I have no friends (well, one friend but we never talk except in class) still and it's my third year
