I'm still honestly shocked at this devastating news. I'll keep it short as I will not write my personal thoughts, but may the victims of this horrendous attack rest in peace and I am sending out my love to their families.
at France hospitals not allowing homosexual/bisexual population to donate blood even after what happened, at least their changing their policy about this and they are not on blood donation shortage at this moment, but it's just stupid.
Yes, I know firsthand cause I've friends who are Muslim and even though they're not firm believers when you try to tell them it's all a fairytale you'll get pushed and beaten. But you can google what happens when you tell a Muslim their religion is a joke... And I'm not talking about extremists (Charlie Hebdo).
It is not highly inaccurate. In modern times, only vicious Muslim extremists organize full on coordinated attacks in order to spread terror. Do you think I don't know about the Bosnian genocide? My country is right beside Bosnia. What are you trying to say? Bosnian genocide targeted both Muslims and Croatian Catholics. Please stop. Crusade? Do you not see how IGNORANT you sound? You're just proving my point. You have to reach centuries back to compare something with what's happening today. Do you see how ridiculous and outdated their doctrine is? These extremists are what Westboro Baptist Church are for Christians, except they resort to killing people while WBC posts petty reasoning online and picket funerals.
Didn't you just say only a fool would compare Christianity and Islam?
I, a Muslim, am 100% sure I know more about the behaviour of my community and how it is similar/different across the world than you, only because it's my reality whereas your understanding of Islam is based on propaganda and 'your friends'. Until you personally experience Islam and become embedded with its practices and teachings, its culture, society etc. you cannot tell me about what 'the average Muslim' is like.
I can say the average White-Christian/Atheist is a racist and imperialistic pest but I don't because religion and cultures differ. Let's not.

Honestly I would just lie to give blood, this is more important than that
Read up on the influence of religion in the British Empire in India and how they sought to influence modernisation by intertwining religion and imperialism through cultural cleansing and slavery, and then get back to me.
Under the influence of what religion? Islam? I highly doubt it.
Funny that you mentioned slavery. Speaking of it, Saudi Arabia (the heart of the Islamic world) was the last country to end slavery just 50 years ago.
Tell me again how Islam influenced The British Empire in India.
It doesn't matter. If they claim a territory as theirs = they have to fight the state that took such territory away from them. If they don't claim a territory as theirs: they have to fight such state because it's not them, and only ISIS is allowed in the world they want to achieve.
I assume parts of Portugal were in fact, Al-andalus, but it honestly doesn't matter. If an attack happens here, they are not going to forgive you for living in their territory, nor they are going to be more punishing because you live in Al-andalus and they don't.
No, I don't think so. See South America as example, they are very multicultural and accept everyone and you don't see terrorist attacks there. People are dying there, of course, but not because of cultural or religious differences and beliefs.
edit: Argentina had some terrorist attacks in the 90s, but they claim to be european so
Latin America experiences other kinds of violence, specially gang and drugs trafficking related. It can transform into acts of terrorism as well, Colombia and Mexico have suffered from those. They are as deadly even if no religious ideology is attached to them so it isn't fair to compare
And here comes the misconception. Your few brain cells didn't correctly process my comment, so I'll just explain it to you. I didn't attack Muslims. And I didn't generalize. I'm not saying that all Muslims "including Zayn" (which is irrelevant) are terrorists. I'm saying that Muslims put their beliefs in a violent corrupt religion. It's their faith that is flawed. Not themselves. The concept of Jihad is not as innocent as it may seem. Allah in his book tells his followers to FIGHT for Islam. Islam spread by swords, and all Muslims know that. Not all Muslims carry bombs in their pocket, but at least most of them read a book filled eternal torture, war and violence. Wars are the reason why Islam spread. And one of the major reasons why a lot of people still believe in it is because if you choose the way out, you will be beheaded according to Sharia law.
Again, stop assuming that I hate Muslims while my whole family are Muslims, and read carefully what I said earlier.
For everyone that missed it, the posted comment was "And yall still defend Islam"
Yes, "yall" without punctuation just to further belittle themselves. The nerve.
90 minutes later, I have to sit here and read this now. Where was this 90 minutes ago???????
When there's an epidemic do you isolate the population or do you invite all of them to come to your country? This conflict should have been resolved in their lands instead of bringing this mess to us.

I guess they think there are risks for HIV or AIDS something like that

'My friends' are not as religious as propaganda tells me they should be but they're still very one-dimensional and uptight when religion is brought up as a subject. They've beaten a drunk couple who were mocking their religious beliefs. I'll leave it at that.
Until you personally experience how it's like NOT to be controlled by what some old book or a bunch of little manuscripts tell you I think my opinion is considered more objective than subjective, as it is in your case. I've said it before, I'm talking about Muslim extremists being radically more vicious than extremists of other faiths in recent times, and you can't deny that.
You can say what you want and I agree, cultures differ.

Girl, the ISIS mentality virus can infect literally ANYONE. People who live in war territory are more likely to join because of their life experiences and situation, but a english white man with two kids and a stable job could start a contact with an ISIS cell and they could convice him to do what they want. And that's why it is so hard to fight them back, because they are not a united organization or a located point in the map, they could be anywhere.
