I am not saying to take over the innocent people, I am talking about taking over the governments and implementing a system or structure that becomes a law-abiding structure. Part of the problem, is that their governments are not strong enough to combat the illegality that goes on over there. I know it sounds impossible, but do we carry on in a world where terrorism will become an everyday thing in the world? How else do you fight people who do not care if they live or die for some cause?
