The solution, and I believe it is the only solution (unfortunately) is for the United States, Europe, and Russia, go into Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and any other middle eastern country that harbors terrorists, and outright take those countries over and control them for a few years, until terrorism is seriously weeded out! This sounds extreme and might involve lots of money, but you are dealing with extremists and there is no sense in trying to be peaceful or to only discuss it. You need to seriously knock them out with serious intent. You match extremists by being extreme and not by being *******!
