Thus the issue. I have to admit, I don't think Obama has done the best job with dealing with Isis. I feel like he tends to underestimate them and assure people they have it under control a lot... and each time that turns out to NOT be the case.

As far as i know, the immediate attacks have been resolved and hostages have been rescued. No one denies what happened is a tragedy, but it is in human nature to start discussing who is responsible, possible causes, looking for solutions, and the like

The terrorist were young men. Two of them willingly detonated their explosive vests. The attack was planned to happen when people were leaving the stadium instead of when the match was going on, so the death count is low for what it would have been.
