JB or Adele seem most likely at this point because songs that have been charting already benefit the most from Xmas boosts. A newer single won't get that huge of a boost.
IMO Hello being #1 on iTunes Christmas Day seems highly unlikely. That would make 9 straight weeks at #1 digitally. She's selling so much right now it doesn't seem possible.
That said, I'm not convinced it would be Sorry at all. It could be a second Adele song or Katy's Christmas song?
Who else can contest Adele? Though besides Katy Perry or the Ariana/Meghan collab? Shell be #1 until at least January tbh .

Well Hello doesn't need to be #1 on iTunes to be #1 on the Hot 100... It also has insane streaming and insane airplay going.
Adele will likely increase more next week with her album release week as well. Every artist has this same effect. Justin is really having a strong release week with his singles
