I was actually going over this in my head this morning while getting ready for school.
If Britney sells 190k, Miley 150k, Jay Sean 110k, and Jason DeRulo 130k, which are my predictions at the moment, then the points so far look like this:
#1 - 3 [190.000]
#2 - Party [150.000]
#3 - Say [130.000]
#4 - Down [110.000]
With "Whatcha Say" thrown in there somewhere.
Now let's add in the airplay. 3 24.000, Party 71.000, Down 113.000, Say 80.000, then now the points are inflated to this:
#1 - Down [223.000]
#2 - Party [221.000]
#3 - 3 [214.000]
#4 - Say [210.000]
Then you'd have to account for streaming. Now, to my knowledge, only Party and Down have music videos. Depending on which one comes out on top in streaming will determine who gets number one. But I really think Jay is going to keep it this week, but it's going to be extremely close.
She's had like 3 chances to go number one so far 
And I think she can dew it......
