I agree with most of this but one thing is why would anyone want to hear about a period? That isn't PG conversation that everyone wants to hear.
Why would you want to openly share about the blood coming from your cooch even if it's natural? Like, I don't talk about the dumps I have because even though it's natural, no one wants to hear about it.

no one variation of sexism is more problematic than the other, or at least it shouldn't be viewed as such; rather we just need to work on combatting sexism in general until the end of time. because it is never, ever, ever going to go away, we just have to keep pushing for education and better understanding, u know?
i don't think i'm particularly sexist even tho i'm one of the white gay 'devils' that ya'll are already running up and down this thread screaming and bitching about (as if that's to supposed to be offensive but fortunately i get it and i don't really care). if anything i view myself as one of the biggest allies to women, because we share the understanding of what it's like to be ****ed by other men, both literally and figuratively

I don't know what's worse, the awful things they say about things about female bodies or act like they "own them" and tell their own favourite singers to lose weight, put on makeup, etc. Repulsive.

Yeah, gays who put down women or act disgusted by the female anatomy are like insecure straights who feel the need to reaffirm their sexuality to you by objectifying the opposite sex while refusing to admit that somebody of the same sex can be an attractive individual. It's a horrible state of affair, but the truth of the matter is that sexism and misogyny are rampant everywhere. Amongst the gays, who are a rather slim minority, it certainly exists as well and probably feels more concentrated due to those smaller numbers. I don't mean do go all #AllLivesMatter on y'all here, but the issues of one oppressed group are not going to be solved by singling out where another, even smaller, oppressed group has done wrong. Fix the ideology and practices of those with the most power and influence, privileged straight men, and then others will follow.

i dont get this. gays are not only judgemental towards females but males in general. have you seen a sam smith thead? misogyny plays a part but i think its more than that. oh and she sounds like a black straight sjw who thrives in victimizing herself. i dont get the white gays part when I've seen every race being a nasty ass bitch to almost everything that lives.

I agree with a lot/most of the stuff said in this article, but stereotyping all gay men who think they're sassy black women and watch rupaul's drag race... sorry but it kind of derails her point.
Also i've never touched anyone's boobs or butt in a club. if I ever have it would have been one of my girlfriends and my response is usually "no." Do people do that?
