Since Episode 1 when she talked about her 'traumatic experience in the 90s' as the reason she dresses like that, i've been watching since the start of the US premiere.
Although, this theory seems like it could be true.
It was pathetic and out of character; but her "clocking" anyone was just the usual for her, accusing everyone of being the killer & being too damn snoopy

Well the explanation Ryan is giving is atm is that she's the girl who actually cared about the girl in the bathtub and held the baby. And that girl looks nothing like the picture.
It's a Ryan show so honestly who knows, there's bound to be some inconsistencies.
