I think Spotify needs to get rid of its free option. Its no better than pirating music tbh.

Funny, how artists in the industry keep having problems with Spotify... but "fans" and "music lovers" are the ones that see no problem with the platform.

It's becoming more and more apparent why TIDAL & Beats Music exist.

I hope Adele Nation is stalking this thread.

Adele's album is too big to have it available for free during it's first few months. At least she isn't taking everything off of Spotify.

Hello's performance has already shown that streaming really doesn't affect sales lol. She/her team needs to stop being greedy

This. There's honestly NO point in not putting your music on Spotify. It's not going to lead Spotify subscribers who already pay $10 a month to suddenly pay an additional $15 for one album.

No, music listeners and "lovers" like us and the youth need to stop being greedy. If white girls can pay 5 bucks for a freaking Starbucks latte that gets consumed in 10 minutes, it's not much to ask to pay 10-12 bucks for an album that lasts forever. This preconceived notion that "music should be free" is absolutely ridiculous.

Adele ask spotify for it to be allowed to premium subscriber only, but they refused. Complain to spotify not adele.

They're not fighting it. Look up what her manager said about streaming. They're completely for it, they're just holding it off for a short while.

It's not like she's pulling a Taylor and never putting it up or taking all of her stuff down.
