Leona well her music wasn't hit worthy last thing I heard by her that sounded like a hit was Collide. I think Leona and Alex fighting the label didn't help them either at all... but Syco us doing a great job with Fleur and even Ben.

She moved because they wouldn't release her album iirc. Syco couldn't handle everyone they signed, which is why people have split deals now. She was still mismanaged in terms of singles and image though. Leona was too.
Management isn't about hits and promo, but the long term goal. So every single has to lead up to something. I only say it because I don't want her to be tossed to the side like a lot of British artists find themselves done by a few years down the line. She needs to get that Ellie Goulding US smash or two to be able to leave the UK and not worry about the UK as her main market.
Everyone fights a label if they're not being treated right. It's the next few releases for Fleur which have to be right. If she has success like Little Mix, she'll be good (just hopefully more consistent globally).
