I dont know why they cant wait until actual year end when data is so accessible. Hello will not be represented properly on their charts and nor will her album even feature. Which is dumb if its supposed to represent 2015.

For the Billboard year end chart (which ends next week) Uptown Funk will be #1 and 1989 will be the #1 album.
But for the Soundscan year end chart (which ends the last week of December - 8 weeks left) Adele could have the #1 selling album with 25 and #2 selling song with Hello.

I agree. They should wait until the year ends like with the Soundscan year end chart (which actually represents the best selling albums and singles of the calendar year).
Last year Blank Space didn't even chart on the Billboard year end chart despite of spending 5 weeks at #1 in 2014

Lets look back at the predictions for this week
Name | Correctness | Correct songs (top 20) | Total number of positions off |
simmnfierzig | 91% | 16 | 6 |
Alexanderao | 83% | 12 | 10 |
Ger-55 | 80% | 10 | 10 |
Artpop | 77.5% | 10 | 15 |
Chanel | 76% | 9 | 15 |
Correctness is based on a little formula I invented. It's 100% - incorrect songs * 1.5% - number positions off * 0.5%. The numbers are totally random, but make sense to me.

How many weeks did Wildest Dreams logged in the top 10? 8 weeks? So will it outperform Style's 9-week stay.
