Kenya bested Nene which is why the trinity is now Kandi, Kenya and Cynthia.
Nene thought she would be a hollywood star and she was cool with Kenya stepping in to bring the mess but when short lived gigs would dry up and she was left with RHOA she became even more nasty and defensive about Kenya who killed her with kindness.
Kenya somehow (genius) got out of the pillowfight with multiple people being at fault when it was solely targeted for her to take the fall.
Kenya bested her when she killed her with kindness and nene couldn't fix her mug and use her "acting skills" to serve Kenya and acted a fool at the charity.
Kenya bested Nene at the reunion when Nene bragged about calling back Porsha and then Kenya brought up Nene and she had her stank face on.
Kenya has played this like a game of chess. Although her crazy season 6?? was almost too much to bare.
She went from people thinking she's crazy and a liar to being the alpha female of the current group while others expose themselves.
She'll always be nosy and make scenes worth watching.
Nene got bested by Kenya and when she got word that the production loved this season she asked to join the trip at the end of the season.
That said, word on the street is that nene actually was humble and is interested in returning.
That's because short lived gigs can't do much for the coins.
As Kenya said, it is an ensemble cast The show needs her and she needs the show.
Except the show went on well without her but for fame Nene needs the show (not for coins I think she has those)
