I read the first and a few chapters of Catching Fire. I'm not the biggest fan of reading ddd.
Get into the rest IMMEDIATELY. Catching Fire is my favorite film of all time, it's legit the first movie on steroids. Mockingjay Part 1 might throw you off a little depending on how much you care about the story/characters but it's basically just a lead in to the madness that will come.
Tbh I was never really into the movie after watching the first. While I didn't think it was bad, it was pretty boring for me. But if you say CF is that good, I will.

Well THG does have its slow parts, I'll admit. Catching Fire basically has more action, intensity, romance and even some funny moments. It also has a better arena with an awesome concept, more threatening and inventive creatures, goes further into the story and is basically just a 2.5 hour masterpiece. I could legit go on and on ddd.
ff I'm the complete opposite -, the ending isn't my favourite but hopefully it translates better on the big screen for the movie fans
Yeah, I've heard that Mockingjay is pretty much everyone's least favorite. I already know some of the spoilers from it (including
the deaths
) but it looks like it's a slay since early reviews are praising it. I really can't imagine it being weaker than Part 1, where they basically just made propaganda videos for 2 hours.
