I hope you know how ignorant this is. Trans women don't NEED to have long hair or breasts; while a majority do get them in order to feel like a woman, many don't because they don't need to.
And on top of that, hormones, SRS and breast implants are expensive, so you can't expect all trans women to have them, and the Countess is bordering on bankruptcy.
