Why did my ATRL+ subscription for one YEAR expire after 6 months?

Clearly we have a problem on ATRL. There needs to be a new rule against trolls of any kind. If people get banned, and come back trolling the same certain artist, there has to be some sort of new moderation to stop it from happening again. The mods know who they are.

If you want to contact staff then the best way is to use the contact staff link. Posting here does not guarantee answers from mods and certainly not admins. I checked the transaction log and saw that DOMINO did purchase a one year subscription. It must have been a glitch or something. I went ahead and manually put you back in the Plus group. The remaining six months starts today. Sorry about the inconvenience.
