Here in Canada, we can start applying for university tomorrow. I'm thinking about going into midwifery at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

The applications have been open for Alberta/BC Universities since early October.

Whenever I think of depreciation, I think of cars. Because, one will pretty much never have as much value as it did right after you purchased it!

my political science class is so easy, like too easy that i'm actually concerned about it. we literally have no quizzes or anything, just a news presentation required of us every other week then a midterm in november.

How far into the course are you? At first when we were doing all that row reduction and determinant stuff I thought it was pretty good but then we got into span/subspaces/transformations and I literally haven't recovered ever since

My worthless **** of a roommate just brought some guy back to the dorm, woke me up as he railed her, and now they're both snoring as I'm stuck awake. I have to get up in four hours for a three hour math class tomorrow.

I have 2 exams next weeks and I wanna quit. I kind of failed one exam last week so I feel like I'll fail the 2 other ones. Plus, I just feel so depressed. I can't even get out of bed.

don't quit sis. do you have any way of recovering what you lost in that exam? go after, if you do. and seek help about your depression,it's a very serious/difficult feeling. I've been there.

college can be stressful but it's worthy if you like your grad, so feel better soon.

I'll have another exam at the end of the semester so hopefully it will make up the one I failed...
Already went to see therapist years ago and it made it worse he wasn't very nice whatever.

I went to Uni 2 hours earlier to try to motivate me and to study. 6 weeks before the end of the semester, gonna be long

I googled it and it gave a formula (value of asset / divided by number of years) but my online lab kept telling me my answer was wrong.

Hopefully my instructor tells me what I'm doing wrong.

I was feeling homesick/depressed last year when I first started. Ugh the struggle was real.

You guys, I need urgent help. I want to do a Master's and I have to write an intention letter. Now, I'm from Mexico and for degrees you don't need to make one, but I'm doing this in international universities, and I have no experience writing this kind of stuff. Any suggestions/tips for increasing my chances of getting in? Apparently it's one of the most important things about application. I'm terrified, lol.

Getting my literature degree in Febuary. I'm also receiving a women's/gender studies certificate soon from the dean for attending several talks and classes about gender studies. Applying to political science around that time too, excited.
