It's called response bias. And if you have it, you could survey every person in the world and it still wouldn't be representative of their opinions. Response bias, which the presence of is made abundantly clear by the replies to the poll, makes any sample statistically insignificant. I'm a statistics major booboo, you're not gonna win this round.

People on ATRL that are under 18 (I'm not btw) generally know who is talented and who is not despite who they stan for. The GP that is under 18 tends to not really have a clue on who can sing and who can't. They don't do research and are force-fed whatever is on the radio thinking that is talent.
What's your point? They're pretty even so clearly there's a lot of voters both over and under the age of 18 voting in these polls
